How to Add Recipient To Email Template

NOTE:

    • Only users added to a template’s recipients list get an e-mail notification for the operation related to that template.

 

1. Click a template name.
 

2. Click the Recipients button.
 

3. Click .

    • Window with a list of users opens.

 

4. Select the checkbox next to a user that you want to add to the template.
 

5. Click Save.
